Issue 4 includes work by Wally Wood, Bruce Jones, Boris, Jack Davis, Virgil Finlay, Frank Frazetta, Maroto, Fabian, Roy Krenkel, Boris, Murphy Anderson, Gil Kane, Gray Morrow, Robert Crumb, and Jay Lynch. The x-rated material covers amongst others nude photos of Tiffany Teen, Taylor Wane, and Adriana Sage. Also present is a Bettie Page section.
CAPA-XXXX is one of the parallel Comic Amateur Press Associations (APA's). The zines of CAPA-XXXX contain X-rated material were called K-XXXX. Apparantly four issues appeared.
